The Grove - we keep on campaigning

Still Working for you
Your councillors in Grove work for you all year round

Just to keep you up to date with some of our activities in the borough, your councillors are continuing to work for you.

In Russell Road:

The re-organisation of street cleaning has led to the relocation

of a storage shed from Jays Close to a more central position in

Russell Road.

In Shrubbery Walk:

Last winter the Shrubbery Walk bridge was very slippery.

We've now had the surface stripped off and re-laid with resin bonded

stone chipping to improve grip.

In Rembrandt Close:

We've had a pile of rubbish, builders rubble, a tyre, plant pots

and a filled black sack removed from Rembrandt Close.

In Hackwood Road:

Hedging was blocking the footpath on the Alton Road opposite the

Holiday Inn. We've had it cut back along with brambles obstructing

the pavement in Renoir Close.
