Ron Hussey met with Barrett Court (Stubbs Close) residents and the Housing Association

services manager to look at a number of issues:-

Uneven pavement fronting properties 11 to21. Highways has now agreed to repairs.

Trees blocking a street light. Ron has since established that the trees are not on Council

land and informed the Housing Association.

New footpath. There's a short track worn across the grass from the car park to

Hackwood Road. Ron's asked the Council to upgrade the track to a proper footpath.

Residents want to set up regular meetings with the Housing Association and your Lib Dem

councillors to help improve the upkeep and appearance of Barrett Court.

There has been success in Gainsborough Road where retaining walls are now being rebuilt as promised. They were reported to Cllr Hussey who ensured that something was done.
