Brighton Hill cleaning up

Your councillors for Brighton Hill - Kevin Harkess, John Barnes, Sheila Rowland and Brian Gurden continue to work for Brighton Hill and have regular checks of the area to ensure that Brighton Hill is a place to be proud of. Here are some of the items that were found which were featured in the Thank-you focus delivered in Brighton Hill recently.

Ellington Drive

Kevin Harkess noted graffiti in several areas in the vicinity of Ellington Drive and asked officers for a general clean up.

Chopin Road

We've also had two armchairs, a mattress, planks of wood and other rubbish removed from Chopin Road, reports cllr Kevin

Harkess.

Brahms Road

The concrete edging around this soakaway in Brahms Road has broken away and the cover left in the 4ft deep hole.

Councillor Kevin Harkess has asked for it to be repaired asap.
