Action from local residents and the Focus Team means that three local

roads will shortly have new Neighbourhood Watch schemes.

Local Councillors Ron Hussey and John Shaw helped canvass

residents in George Street and Lower Brook Street in the Summer to

find out local interest. Residents from Solbys Road joined after a

follow-up meeting at Brookvale Village Hall.

The scheme is now fully operational in George Street with the other

streets due for confirmation.

Meanwhile in Kings Furlong, ward councillor John Shaw has met with

police and local residents to agree activity at Cranbourne School and

patrols at Kings Furlong shops and Sinclair Drive.
